Do not submit your manuscript via the web. It will not be accepted. Address an email to publishers@macavellipress.com , copy, paste and answer the following questions: Your Name: Address: Telephone number: Email: Have you sent your manuscript to a major publisher? If so, who? What was their reaction? Read Macavelli Press’ Mission Statement (link at bottom of page). How does your work fit with Macavelli Press’ editorial goals? Is there any book that has already been published that is similar to yours? If so, what is the title and who is the author? What makes your book different? What would attract readers to your book? What is a unique selling point about your book? Title: Novel Synopsis (500 words or less): Author Biography (200 words or less): If Macavelli Press wishes to explore your manuscript after reading your synopsis, a representative will contact you and inform you of the interest, at which time you may submit a few chapters (3-5) from your manuscript or your entire manuscript. Please note that chapters excerpted from your manuscript and/or completed manuscripts must be submitted through the contact form. Thank you for allowing Macavelli Press the opportunity to read your work and for entrusting the press with your labor of love. Every effort will be made to respond within 4-6 weeks. If you do not receive a response within this time frame, you may send a reminder by email. Do not call about your submission. If, in the end, Macavelli Press declines to offer you a publishing deal, please continue forth with sending out your manuscript to other publishers and literary agents. The press may have failed to see the potential of your novel, or it may not have been a good fit. Don’t get discouraged and give up; stay persistent and your dreams will happen for you.
